To get a video log or audio logo from ZABS Creatives, you need to place an order for one. When you place the order, you will be asked to fill a creative brief. The brief contains a list of questions related to your business, how you want your logo to be, the logotype you prefer, the colors you like, etc.

You can’t skip this part as your provided information helps us know you and your business better. Once we have all the information with us, our creative team take it from there and start conceptualizing your design concepts. When the design concepts are ready, we share them with you and ask to take your pick.

When you place an order of sound logo design or video logo design, it takes us 48 working hours to share the design concepts. Sometimes, it takes us more time due to work and reworks involved. In both cases, we keep you informed.

Talk about revision; we take 24 working hours to deliver the design concept.

Sorry, but it is not possible for us. This practice isn’t followed here. If you want to see our work, you can check the logos we have designed for our clients.

It’s not easy to select one design concept when plenty of options are in place. But you need to know that you can have one brand identity only. Moreover, you can’t change it pretty often.

If the selection is getting really stressful for you, we advise you to get hold of more than one design concept by paying an additional nominal fee. This way, you will get plenty of time to select the logo.

We are happy to tweak your logo if the revision is minor. Please note that these things fall into the revision zone: color change, change in size, and minor change in shape.

Things that are not counted as revision are a significant change in shape, font change in wordmark logo, etc.

Once you select the design concept and we transfer you the art files, you are considered the sole owner of the sound logo or video logo. Be assured, we keep things transparent here, and nothing becomes a hurdle for you
